<ul><li>Designing and implementing code architecture;</li><li>Refactoring of, and working with existing code base;</li><li>Driving User Story delivery from requirements elicitation to production;</li><li>Helping Product Owner to identify technical requirements;</li><li>Estimating and requirements testing;</li><li>Meeting deadlines and producing high quality code;</li><li>Actively solving problems with performance and stability issues;</li><li>Working closely with the rest of the development team to determine interdependencies;</li><li>Collaborating closely with the whole project team (artists, business analysist and junior developers) in order to improve project features, artistic output and the whole workflow;</li><li>Working independently in a distributed agile team (Belarus/UK) with all kinds of sprint meetings (via skype calls), solving problems directly with the customer via regular written and verbal communication;</li><li>Going on a business trip to UK to work closely with the customer team.</li></ul><p><strong><br /></strong></p>
