<p><strong>United Plumbing is a local Californian plumbing company specializing in water heater installation and repair.</strong></p> <p>We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced <strong>Financial Director</strong> to oversee all aspects of our company's financial management. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of financial operations, excellent leadership abilities, and a proven track record of driving financial success. The Financial Director will play a critical role in shaping the financial strategy, managing risk, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the organization.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company's objectives and drive sustainable growth.</li><li>Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to provide accurate and timely financial information to senior management and stakeholders.</li><li>Monitor financial performance against key metrics, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to address issues and capitalize on opportunities.</li><li>Ensure compliance with financial regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls to mitigate risk and safeguard assets.</li><li>Stay abreast of industry trends, economic developments, and regulatory changes that may impact the company's financial position and performance.</li><li>Ensuring well-coordinated teamwork of the financial department, promoting staff development, stimulating employee motivation, as well as the ability to automate financial accounting and control processes.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p> <ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).</li><li>Professional certification such as CPA, CFA, or CMA is in a plus.</li><li> 2 and more years of experience in financial management roles, with a proven track record of success.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex financial data.</li><li>Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute financial plans that drive business results.</li><li>Proficiency in financial modelling, forecasting, and analysis.</li><li>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.</li></ul><p>Apply ONLY if you have English C1 level and proficient Russian.</p> <p>Remote work.</p> <p>Schedule: 8-9am - 5-6pm PST time zone (6-7pm - 3-4am Kyiv time).</p> <p>Please send your Resume on email: by Telegram ...</p>
