<p>We are presently in search of skilled and seasoned <strong>Operations Director.</strong><br /></p> <p>Our company support candidates who demonstrate business approach <strong>not in words but in deeds.</strong><br /></p> <p><strong>The candidate will be responsible for 5 supportive company divisions: HR and Administrative, Call centre, Quality control, Finance and Permit divisions. The hands-on practice for 2 months will be mandatory during the probation period.</strong></p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>-<strong>Operational Oversight</strong>: Overseeing day-to-day operations to ensure smooth functioning across all departments and functions.</p> <p>-<strong>Process Improvement</strong>: Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing measures to enhance productivity and efficiency.</p> <p>-<strong>Budget Management</strong>: Managing budgets for various operational activities and ensuring cost-effectiveness in all operations.</p> <p>-<strong>Team Leadership</strong>: Providing strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration, and promoting professional growth and development.</p> <p>-<strong>Performance Monitoring</strong>: Monitoring performance metrics and KPIs to track progress and identify areas for improvement.</p> <p>-<strong>Risk Management</strong>: Identifying and mitigating operational risks to ensure business continuity and compliance with regulations.</p> <p>-<strong>Stakeholder Communication</strong>: Collaborating with other departments, senior management, and external stakeholders to align operations with company objectives and foster positive relationships.</p> <p>-<strong>Continuous Improvement</strong>: Promoting a culture of continuous improvement and innovation to adapt to changing market conditions and drive long-term success.</p> <p>-<strong>Compliance</strong>: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in all operational activities.</p> <p><strong>Requirements and skills:</strong></p> <ul><li><strong>Education</strong>: A bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is often required. A technical degree can be beneficial.</li><li><strong>Experience</strong>: Significant experience in operations management, with at least 5-10 years in progressively responsible roles.
