The main goal is rapid channel growth, expanding reach, and monetizing both the content and an existing video studio. </p> <p>  </p> <p>Responsibilities: </p> <p>Develop and implement growth strategies for both channels </p> <p>Optimize videos for SEO (titles, thumbnails, descriptions, tags) </p> <p>Manage uploads, scheduling, and posting </p> <p>Analyze channel performance and audience engagement </p> <p>Collaborate with the video editor and content creator </p> <p>Monetize a video studio by organizing rentals and promotions </p> <p>Suggested content trends and creative directions </p> <p>Build partnerships and networking opportunities to attract new audiences </p> <p>Requirements: </p> <p>Proven growing experience YouTube channels </p> <p>Knowledge of YouTube algorithms, analytics, and monetization </p> <p>Strong organizational and communication skills  </p> <p>Bilingual in Russian and English </p> <p>Familiarity with influencer and content marketing strategies  <br /><strong><br />YouTube page: /></strong></p> <p>Goal: Rapid growth of both channels to gain visibility and connections with high-value audiences and influencers. </p> <p>  </p>
