Join our team in Vinnytsia!</p> <p>We are looking for a <strong>Transportation Dispatcher</strong> to join OVN LLC’s growing team in our Vinnytsia office (Vyshenka District). This role is perfect for someone with hands-on experience in U.S.-based trucking or logistics, particularly in truck dispatching, driver coordination, or fleet management. <strong>We will also consider highly motivated candidates without experience who demonstrate a high level of English proficiency.</strong></p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul><li>Coordinate and support drivers across the U.S.</li><li>Communicate professionally with brokers, carriers, and internal teams.</li><li>Manage transportation documents (BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations).</li><li>Monitor and support the full cargo lifecycle.</li><li>Ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and issue resolution in real time.</li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications:</p> <ul><li><strong>High proficiency in English</strong> (fluent written and spoken communication; additional languages are a plus).</li><li><strong>Strong analytical skills</strong> and ability to make decisions under pressure.</li><li><strong>Stress resilience</strong> to handle dynamic and fast-paced work environments.</li><li>Solid knowledge of logistics terminology and cargo lifecycle.</li><li>Familiarity with Google Sheets, email tools, and logistics apps.</li></ul> <p>Preferred Experience:</p> <ul><li>6 months of experience in dispatching, freight brokerage, or customer support in logistics; <strong>experience in U.S. truck dispatching is a significant advantage</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of BorderConnect, Samsara, Adobe Acrobat, Excel.</li><li>Understanding of U.S. geography and time zones.</li></ul> <p>We Offer:</p> <ul><li>On-site work in our Vinnytsia office (Vyshenka District) with equipment support.</li><li>Work schedule: 14:00 to 23:00.</li><li>Clear growth path: Dispatcher &gt; Senior Dispatcher &gt; Team Lead.</li><li>Structured onboarding &amp; training (3−6 months).</li><li>Bonus system tied to KPIs and performance.</li><li>Internal tools, team mentorship, and operational autonomy.</li></ul>
