What matters most is your mindset, communication skills, and desire to learn.<br /> </p> <p><strong><br /></strong></p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul><li>Fluency in <strong>English - C1, </strong>both written and spoken,</li><li>Understanding of web development or design principles</li><li>Be curious, proactive, and open to feedback</li><li>The ability to identify clients’ needs and transform them into tasks</li><li>Proficiency in concise and impactful presentations </li></ul> <p><strong>Personality</strong>:</p> <ul><li>Positive team player – good relationships are essential </li><li>Proactive, purposeful, initiative</li><li>Emotional intelligence and empathy towards clients</li><li>Self-organized, reliable and results-oriented<p></p> <p> </p></li></ul> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong>:</p> <ul><li>Assist the sales team with preparing proposals</li><li>Help with client communication: follow-up emails, messages, and basic coordination</li><li>CRM management: updating client data, notes after calls etc</li><li>Shadow sales calls to learn client communication and negotiation flow</li><li>Prepare basic sales-related documents and presentations</li><li>Help with researching potential clients and markets</li><li>Gradually start participating in calls and negotiations under mentor guidance<p></p> <p> </p></li></ul> <p><strong>The Offer:</strong></p> <ul><li>Base salary + KPI.</li><li>Schedule Mo-Fr 10-18</li><li>Once you start closing deals commission: 5-10%, the Volume of 1 project: $50K+</li><li>Budget allocated for necessary platforms and services</li><li>Minimal hierarchy in the work environment</li><li>Paid vacations: 24 days per year</li><li>Paid sick leaves 2 weeks and holidays 12 days<p></p> <p> </p></li></ul> <p> <strong>Recruitment process: </strong>30 min call - Test task - Final interview.</p>
